Day 01: Arrival in Lima.
Arrival in Lima Transfer to the Hotel Lima Accommodations

Day 02: Lima / Flight / Cusco
You will be picked up from your hostel or hotel in the morning and then we will take you to the airport of Lima in order to take a flight to Cusco. Upon your arrival, we will drive you to your hostel or hotel located in downtown.

Day 03: Cusco / Tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas Hotel Cusco
Today you will have a full day journey through both the rich history and stunning scenery in the Sacred Valley of Incas. You will be picked up from near the square around 7:30AM by a private bus. Then you will head towards the scared valley the colonial towns and Inca Ruins of Pisaq, Ollantaytambo, Chincheros. We will then head back towards Cusco and you will be dropped off at your hotel around 5:30PM. In the evening you will have free time to sample a wide restaurants and entertainment options in Cusco.

Day 04: Cusco / Trekking to Soraypampa Camp (3750m) Camp
The Salkantay trek, salkantay machu picchu trek program starts with the transfer from your hotel in cusco. It starts at 05:00 by bus, and drive to Mollepata (only touwn in salkantay hike) approximately 2 hours and a half drive, site where salkantay trek starts.
After breakfast the trek starts by ascending walking towards Cruzpata (3200 masl) along a slight climb there is appreciated various plants, native birds, and acommunitarian irrigation canal. Sayllapata is the place for lunch a nice look out in this salkantay trek, after lunch we depart around 2:00 p.m in the direction to Soraypampa by a climbing trail with many level variations the salkantay trek, shows little settlements, flora, small wild birds and spectacular views of the Humantay snow peak (5902 masl),

Day 05: Soraypampa / Trekking Salkantay Pass (4500m) / Collpapampa Camp (2600m) Camp
After breakfast the salkantay trek continues from Soraypampa approx 07:00 hrs we continue our salkantay trek trough the Peruvian highland. From this point we can appreciate the spectacular views of Salkantay Mountain, a stunning snow capped mountain (6,272 m) the second highest peak in Cusco region, this is the principal reason why our trek is named salkantay trek. At this area also are seen snow cap mounts, white water river, small lakes and moraines, also in this section of the salkantay trek we get the summit.

Day 06: Collpapampa / Trekking to La playa Camp (2250m) Camp
An interesting part of the salkantay trek; early wake up waits, the scenery shows lovely mountains with lush forest. It starts around 07:00 AM. In this part of the salkantay trek there are 3 hours easy hiking to Lluscamayu, where the high Jungle starts, in this part shows different kind of plants, fruits, flowers, birds, banana trees, coffe and others can be observed, with luck the salkantay hike will amaze you with the famous Peruvian National Bird "Gallito de las Rocas”, the salkantay to machu picchu give us many more option, for those who likes nature

Day 07: La Playa / Trekking to Hidroelectrica / Aguas Calientes Hotel
After breakfast, we re-start our salkantay hike at early morning at around 06.00 hrs if we decide the panoramic walking option means we will have our salkantay hike hard section, about 3.5 hrs of extreme trek takes us to summit llactapata, an inca site, in this part the salkantay hike gives opportunity to see from a far way the view of machu picchu, then a large switch-back trail takes down to river bank, in about 7 hours total walking we get hydroelectric, place for lunch and take local trail to arrive in aguas calientes at around 7.00

Day 08: Aguas Calientes / Visit to Machu Picchu / Transfer by bus Aguas Calientes / Train to Ollantaytambo / Transfer to Cusco Hotel Cusco
Wake up at around 5.40 am and bus ride to machupicchu (no more salkantay hike). For a tranquil morning hours in machupichu, where a complete guided tour is waiting for, the visit to the Inca citadel will take approximately 2 hours.

Day 09: Flight from city Cusco to Lima / Hotel Lima

Day 10: From Lima / Travel by bus to Huaraz (3100m) / Hotel Huaraz

Day 11: Huaraz Trekking Laguna Wilcacocha (3725m) / Hotel Huaraz
The Willkacocha is a beautiful lake located in the Cordillera Negra mountain range southwest of Huaraz at an altitude of 3725m. Hiking to this beautiful place provides an easy half day acclimatization hike to start off with and is suitable for everyone to begin their necessary adjustment to the thinner air experienced at the higher Andean altitudes and it’s a good warm-up before attempting your second and more challenging acclimation walk. The surrounding astonishing panorama views of spiraling white-capped peaks of the Cordillera Blanca provides an excellent introductory setting for what the Cordillera Blanca has in store for you. Adding to the awesome views the opportunity to meet and interact with the gentle local mountain Quechua people, you capture your first “national geographic” adventure experience of the Andes in Peru and then you can do start your trekking in Cordillera Blanca or in Cordillera Huayhuash.

Day 12: Huaraz / Transfer to Yuracoral (3850m) / Cebollapampa / Trekking Laguna 69 (4450m) / Yuracoral Camp.
Today we have the opportunity of visit to Lake 69, a 5-hour round-trip walk

Day 13: Yuracoral / Transfer via Portachuelo Pass (4768m) / Huaripampa Camp (3550m)
Transfer by private transport to small village of vaqueria and next walk about 2 hours to our camp.

Day 14: Huaripampa / Trekking Paria / Tuctupampa Camp (4150m)
Today we walk through the valley of huaripampa where we have panoramic views of mountains and we approach our camp, walk for about 3 to 4 hours

Day 15: Tuctupampa / Trekking Punta Union Pass (4750m) / Taullipampa Camp (4250m) / Alpamayo Base Camp (4300m) Camp.
Today we walk to the pass punta union (4750m) from this point we have a panoramic view of the mountains and lagoons,we continue to aproximar base camp alpamayo.

Day 16: Alpamayo Base Camp / Ascent to Alpamayo Moraine Camp (4600mt)
From base camp, the route takes a moraine ridge and crosses rock slabs across the edge of the glacier to reach an area of tent platforms (3 hours). This camping area is very limited and we may opt to climb all the way to Col camp in one day.

Day 17: Moraine Camp / Ascent to Alpamayo High Camp (5300mt)
The route above moraine camp continues over ice and moraine before a 300-metre snow couloir leads to the Col between Alpamayo and nearby Quitaraju (6,040m). This section can sometimes be the most technical and difficult part of the route. After gaining the col, there is a short descent to reach high camp.

Day 18: High Camp / Ascent to Alpamayo Summit (5947mt) / High Camp (5300mt) or Descend Base Camp (4300m) Camp
Alpamayo Summit Day Depart from camp at 2:00am and head to the steep summit wall, which offers 360 meters of fun technical climbing to the summit. Camp in the high Camp

Day 19: Reserve or rest day in Alpamayo Base Camp (4300m) Camp

Day 20: Base Camp / Descent through Santa Cruz / Cashapampa / Transfer to Huaraz Hotel Huaraz
We trek out to Cashapampa and transfer to Huaraz.Time to relax after the climbing and celebrate.

Day 21: Lima: Trip to Lima and Arrive in the Afternoon and Transfer to hotel Lima

Day 22: Lima-Airport: Shopping, and in the Afternoon Transfer to Airport
